Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within two weeks without providing any reason, in written form – email or — if the goods have been delivered before the deadline — by returning the goods.
The withdrawal period begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before the goods are received by the recipient.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice or the goods in a timely manner.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the mutually received services must be returned, and any benefits (e.g., interest) must be refunded. If you are unable to return the received service in whole or in part, or if the condition is impaired, you may be required to provide compensation for its value.
For goods, this does not apply if the deterioration in condition is exclusively due to their examination—similar to how it would have been possible in a physical store. You can avoid the obligation to compensate for any value loss caused by using the goods for their intended purpose by not treating the goods as your property and refraining from any actions that might reduce their value.
Refund obligations must be fulfilled within 14 days from the date of return of the goods - the date of their receipt by us.
