DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
Your order is shipped from Europe.
- If you are a buyer from Bulgaria, your purchase will be delivered by courier companies ECONT or SPEEDY at your choice to the specified courier office or your address. Delivery within Bulgaria is free of charge. The delivery time is usually the next business day after handing over the shipment to the courier.
- If you are a buyer outside of Bulgaria, your purchase will be delivered by the courier company PostOne Group Ltd. This is a company for fast courier services outside of Bulgaria, aimed at the needs of small and medium online merchants.
- I send your shipment with priority registered airmail.
- When sending the shipment, I request insurance covering loss or damage to the shipment.
- Each shipment is clearly marked with a tracking number and barcode. PostOne has a simplified online tracking system. You can track the status of the shipment directly in the PostOne system on their website: www.postone.eu
- Each courier shipment is delivered to the address specified by the recipient or the courier office/parcel terminal according to the announced delivery times in my online store. Delivery usually takes place earlier than the indicated deadlines.
- The maximum delivery time for a shipment via PostOne is 20 (twenty) working days for shipments to EU member countries and 40 (forty) working days for the rest of the world.
- The recipient is notified by SMS and email.
- Shipments sent with PostOne are delivered to the address indicated on the label. You will not have the option to change the delivery address (a measure to protect against fraud). Shipments are delivered to the person named as the recipient, their parent, a household member, or an authorized representative of the recipient.
- Delivery is only upon signature. If the recipient is not present, the package will be deposited for collection at the nearest post office (the recipient will be notified through a message in the mailbox).
- IMPORTANT: If the shipment is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to the sender.
If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or if it is not picked up from the post office after being left a notice, you will be refunded the cost of the product MINUS the shipping costs.
If you want the order to be reshipped, you will need to pay for the shipping again.
EXPRESS DELIVERY:
- EXPRESS DELIVERY is available at an additional cost. If you require express delivery, please contact me before purchasing.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY is with the courier company DHL. If you wish such delivery, please send me a message.
- The time for EXPRESS DELIVERY depends on the destination but is usually within 2-5 working days.

Lost Shipment during Transportation:
- I send all shipments with a tracking number and with requested insurance covering loss or damage.
- For a shipment lost during transportation, please send me a message:
- I will search for your order with the carrier. If the shipment is indeed lost, I will offer you a replacement or refund.
- A shipment is not considered lost until at least 60 working days have passed (according to the carrier's rules).
- A shipment with tracking information showing that the item has been delivered and signed does not count as lost.

Damaged Shipment during Transportation:
I am sorry that you received a damaged shipment.
- I pack my products very well so they arrive safely with you, but if your order was damaged during delivery, please contact me within 12 hours of receiving the shipment.
- To receive a refund for a defective or damaged product, I will request its return!
- Upon returning a damaged product, I will refund the price of the purchased product or provide repair or replacement (at your choice).
